Building a channel

To build our channel, we want to connect IoT Analytics to our IoT MQTT. Follow these steps:

1. From the menu on the left, click on Prepare, then Channels, then click on the Create a channel button as shown in the following screenshot:

2. Next, provide a name for the channel, such as signals_channel, and then click the Next button
3. On the IoT Core Topic filter field, we can subscribe to the signals/# MQTT
4. Finally, we have to create the channel by clicking on the Create a channel button

Click on the IoT Core act to see the rule that we just created.
