Other I-IoT data beyond the time-series

Both the I-IoT and the IoT are, by default, linked to signals acquisition and data-processing. In less standard cases, however, we may have to process unstructured data or raw data such as images, log files, or binary files, if, for example, we were processing geological drilling images. Normally, this information is stored in a data lake and processed at a later stage through Big Data analytics.
