It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Cisco Modular QoS Command-
Line Interface
Modular quality of service (QoS) command-line interface (CLI) defines a new modular
CLI-based QoS configuration in Cisco IOS Software. This new framework for defining
QoS policies divides the QoS configuration into three modules: traffic class definition,
policy definition, and policy application.
Modular QoS CLI applies equally well for various Internet Protocol (IP) QoS, Multi-
protocol Label Switching (MPLS) QoS, and the Asynchronous Transfer Mode (ATM) and
Frame Relay virtual circuit (VC)-based QoS models. In terms of policy definition, all QoS
