It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

NOTE The weight parameter is used differently in DWFQ implementation when compared to
flow-based WFQ. Weights in DWFQ implementation indicate the percentage of link
bandwidth allocated.
Note that the default weights of ToS classes 1, 2, and 3 are 20, 30, and 40, respectively. In
this case, the intended weight assignments for classes 2 and 3 are their default values and
