the company’s IP network wants to map the IP precedence to the ATM CLP bit. Because
one-to-one mapping is not possible between IP precedence and the ATM CLP bit, the
network administrator for the site wants to map the IP packets with a precedence value of
0 with a CLP flagged (set to 1) on the ATM network. This is to ensure that best-effort
