“Mouseing” Around with the Keyboard
For those who would prefer to use the keyboard over a mouse or other pointing device, you can select the Mouse tab in the Accessibility Options property sheet to enable a feature called MouseKeys. MouseKeys allows you to use your keyboard's numeric keypad (typically to the right of the regular keyboard) to perform mouse movements. The numeric 8 key moves the mouse upward, whereas the numeric 2 key moves the mouse downward. In a similar manner, the numeric 4 key moves the mouse to the left, and the numeric 6 key moves the mouse to the right. Note that this does not apply to the numeric keys at the top of the keyboard.
