It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Performance and Maintenance
The Performance and Maintenance category, shown in Figure 14.12, is used to adjust certain settings that can affect your computer's performance; set power options; schedule automatic tasks; and access tools for backing up, cleaning up, and defragmenting your disk.
