Microsoft Outlook allows you to read both e-mail and newsgroup messages. You can create additional e-mail accounts, if you use more than one e-mail address. For example, you may have a work e-mail address, another with your ISP, and yet another with a Web-based service such as Yahoo or Hotmail. You can add accounts for directory services servers existing within your company or on the Internet. A directory service is a database that contains information about, for example, different people and their e-mail addresses. You can add your own e-mail address to a directory server.
