When I went on the O’Reilly platform, I was astonished to find all the books there, plus live events and sandboxes so you could play around with the technology.I’ve been on the O’Reilly platform for more than eight years. I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Identifying Available Fonts
If you are creating HTML output, you can select any font that you believe will be available to people who view your Web page. If you want to use a slightly unusual font, you can list alternative fonts in the definitions so that viewers who do not have the first choice font will still be able to view youroutput properly. The default definition does this by listing <sans-serif> and Helvetica as the basic fonts. If none of the fonts listed in your definition is available, the viewer's browser substitutes a default font, which is generally not very attractive. Table 15.2 has a list of good fonts to use forHTML output.
