So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Ground-breaking changes such as the switch from analog (film) to digital photography always involves advantages and disadvantages. We would be doing you a great disservice if we didn't address digital's downsides.
Learning Curve
Depending on your photographic and computer experience, you may need to learn new skills to take full advantage of the benefits of digital photography and digital imaging. We separate those two aspects, because digital photography is the act of taking pictures with a digital camera and digital imaging is the subsequent process of enhancing those images on the computer.
