Chapter Thirteen. The Digital Portfolio

As photographers, we create images to nurture and to satisfy our creative inspiration, as well as to share our images—our vision—with others. We don't photograph images and then hide them from the world—not our good ones, anyway. We want our pictures to be seen.

In previous chapters we have shown you how to improve your photography, how to optimize your images in the digital darkroom, and how to produce the best prints possible. While prints represent the ultimate goal for many photographers, digital photography offers many other opportunities for creatively sharing images.
