So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Let's start by taking a little time to look at that vital item that all photographers need—a bag to carry their gear in. Camera bags come in all sizes, from the small pouches designed to fit a compact camera and an extra battery and a memory card, to large photo backpacks for carrying a serious collection of photo gear well off the beaten path. The bag you choose should be large enough to carry the gear you have now, with a little extra room to accommodate any new equipment that you think you might be getting soon.
