Purpose of This Chapter
There has been much said and written over the last ten years about how
business will be or is being conducted in cyberspace. While this “hyping” of
the business utilization of the Internet has been aimed at promoting the cutting-
edge aspects of companies offering products that are necessary for the Internet
to continue growing, it has been a harbinger of great change in how business-
to-consumer (B-to-C), business-to-business (B-to-B), and business-to-employee
