I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Purpose of This Chapter
A roadmap describes a path from a starting point to a destination. The
destination for the e-factory roadmap is an e-factory operating environment
that consists of an integration of process and technology. One of the objectives
of an e-factory roadmap is to define a clear path to a process and technology
destination. Because the e-factory is a new and rapidly evolving facet of e-
commerce, creating the roadmap will likely include discovery of internal needs
