with greater levels in an evaluation scheme, there can be greater differenti-
ation in an evaluation but greater effort may be required to assess or to
conclude on the time value of each solution set. With fewer levels, there
may be fewer shades of gray distinguishable in the evaluation, but the time
value assessment may be easier. This table merely serves as documentation
of the scheme used.
