Using the example in Exhibit 5.3, if Enterprise A decides to outsource the
manufacturing of a new product to Enterprise B, Enterprise A will have to
decide who has authority over production process improvements, inventory
levels, order management, and production scheduling. If Enterprise B controls
these factors, then Enterprise A has very little to be concerned with other than
giving Enterprise B a list of which products it wants manufactured and a time
