scenarios, developed during the e-factory roadmap methodology, to define
the content for the technology training programs. Thus, rather than having
people trained in the generic procedures available from the supplier of the
software, they should be trained in how to use the technology the way it is
being implemented in the new business processes.
A final goal of training is to provide the employees with an acceptable
process for solving problems and identifying improvements for the implemented
