I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

new business process. The ideal situation is to use the business process
scenarios, developed during the e-factory roadmap methodology, to define
the content for the technology training programs. Thus, rather than having
people trained in the generic procedures available from the supplier of the
software, they should be trained in how to use the technology the way it is
being implemented in the new business processes.
A final goal of training is to provide the employees with an acceptable
process for solving problems and identifying improvements for the implemented
business processes. No matter how much planning and testing may be done
prior to the “go-live” point for the e-factory, there will be a learning and
