So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

the needs of customers, suppliers, and internal processes. The scenarios
should consist of activities that address all of the requirements from all three
sources of needs. The first column in the table identifies which of the three
sources or driving influences has created the requirement. The second column
is the definition of the requirement. The third column is the number of
activities in each scenario that is contributing to the satisfaction of the
