So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Purpose of This Chapter
Because the concept of an e-factory is new and rapidly evolving, a method-
ology for creating a roadmap of how to design and select the best technology
and processes for an e-factory can be an important tool. There are many
