So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Definition of the high level business processes
Which resources (human, machine, or data) are to be involved in the
process flow
What performance parameters should be used to measure process flow
effectiveness
Which technologies are required to facilitate the process flow
Process Boundary Vision
Once the process flow vision is established, the next step is to develop the
process boundary vision. The process flow vision described above will result
in the definition of the high-level business processes that will be part of the e-
