MOST PEOPLE COMPARE THEMSELVES TO OTHERS on a daily basis. Especially in these days of social media, comparison can be all-consuming.

• “Why did that person’s post get more reactions and comments than mine?”

• “Why did that person get the sale instead of me?”

• “Why is that person always so happy and every day is a struggle for me?”
