I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

A production of The Crucible at the University of Cincinnati, College-Conservatory of Music used a couple of two-fold purchase block and falls to help along some counterweight lines that changed load during set moves. One out-of-weight line needed to be hauled out and the other needed to be slipped in. In both cases the moving block was attached to the eye under an arbor, and the static block was attached to structural members at deck level. Both lines needed to be controlled and tied off at the locking rail.
