So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

The most interesting and, at the same time, the most disturbing aspect of the BOP market is that the problems are known; so are the solutions. Often, the missing link is the need for investments in the education of customers, technology to develop that solution into an affordable product, and the distribution channels to make it widely available. Because BOP markets are often under the radar screen of large firms, these opportunities do not attract the necessary technical or market development investments.
