Power, Rack Space, and Ordering Circuits
Because Cisco implemented a large IP Telephony deployment, an important component of
the migration was to ensure adequate rack space to fit all the servers that would be needed
and adequate power requirements to keep them running. After Cisco verified or adjusted
that to meet the requirements of the new converged network, the implementation
progressed smoothly, and Cisco also gained the flexibility to scale in the future.
