So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Although the equipment disconnection and retrieval went smoothly for the team, they did
experience a problem reconciling their equipment list with the vendor’s. “We followed the
lessor’s instructions to the letter, but we still ended up with disagreements about the
quantities of equipment that we returned,” Bourdet says. The leasing company did not
