It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

The parent of modern change models is psychologist Kurt Lewin’s force field analysis. It examines forces that restrain desired change and forces that drive desired change. It argues that restraining forces should be reduced so that desirable change can happen naturally.
