Roadmap for Process Improvement

Introduction

The 3Ms (measure, manage to the measure, make it easier) are for everyone. Process improvement should be taught to everyone. Keeping it all straight, such as the steps in PDSA (plan, do, study, act), can be difficult, though. People who are part-time process improvement practitioners find it more difficult to remember the steps in process improvement because they don’t get the repetition that a person who works full time in performance improvement gets.
