Purpose of Stakeholder Analysis
I find it easier to learn process improvement in a very linear and methodical way. This allows us to practice each skill based on the prior skill and outcome and you can see the step-by-step approach. We are teaching you the fundamentals just like a good coach teaches piano or a sport. In learning piano, we first learned where to place our fingers on the keyboard and then practiced scales. In basketball, we learned how to dribble much earlier than how to hit a three pointer.
