An examination of the definitions and concepts related to the Internet will pose a question to the reader as to who makes it work and how. The question is genuine because there is no one single owner of the Internet, yet how does it provide a standardized platform. Howsoever it is done, such a massive concept will have high degrees of coordination that is required at multiple levels aligned by the following activities.
