I can’t play videos. Why not?
There could be an issue with the codec required to play the video. Try opening the video file in Windows Media Player—the codec might download automatically. Also, the video file could simply be corrupt or in an unsupported format. Open the file in a video-editing program, and then resave it in a supported format to see whether that helps.
I can’t fast-forward or rewind my video.
It’s a little-known fact, but not all video formats support these two functions.
