My digital camera is connected to my computer, but nothing happens.
First, be certain the camera is turned on and its batteries are charged. Then, verify that a special connection mode doesn’t need to be turned on with your camera. If those are both okay, verify you have the right drivers for your camera (your camera manufacturer can help you with that) and that the computer’s port is working. If you’re not sure whether it’s working, try using a different port. Finally, be certain that the flash memory card is in your camera; if it’s not, you can’t download your pictures.
