It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

User rights fall into two general categories: logon rights and privileges. Logon rights control who is authorized to log on to a computer and how he or she can log on. Privileges control access to system-wide resources on a computer and can override the permissions that are set on particular objects.
