It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Managing File Sharing
File sharing has undergone significant changes in Windows Vista compared to the earlier Windows XP platform. This section describes these changes and explains how to share files in Windows Vista both for other users of a computer (local sharing) and for users on other computers on a network (network sharing) in both domain and workgroup environments. The section also looks at how file sharing in Windows Vista compares with earlier platforms such as Windows XP and explains how to manage file sharing using Group Policy and scripts.
