It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Backup and Restore
Windows Vista includes the all-new Backup And Restore Center, shown in Figure 15-2. The Backup And Restore Center uses Shadow Copy to take a snapshot of your files, allowing the backup to completely back up even open files without problems.

The Backup And Restore Center supports two kinds of backup:
