I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Ricardo and Sofia are scheduled to attend the regular Volta team meeting, and they’ve asked Horst to accompany them. Horst has some catching up to do with the Davanti innovation excellence lingo, but he’s clearly familiar with and used many of the principles for years.
Before the Volta team gets started, Ricardo voices his appreciation: “You folks have done an excellent job defining the R&D processes so far, and your work on the quick wins has been communicated to and appreciated by the whole company. I’m hoping you’re ready for the next challenge. So what do you think it should be?”
