This is a new input field in a new HTML form we are defining, so we go to the
screen when prompted for the input page name. In our scenario, the input page
name is dbpg01i, as shown in Figure 6-29.

The default submit button label for the HTML form is Submit (see Figure 6-29 on
page 184), but you can use any other name as appropriate (for example, Enter).
Next, we select the format type (here, Edit box) provided in the form. See
Figure 6-30 for details.
