rlog

Prints a summary of the history of an RCS file

rlog [options] file-list

The rlog utility displays a summary of the history of RCS files. The options control how much information rlog displays. The rlog utility is part of RCS (Revision Control System—page 871), which is a group of related utilities that manage the storage, retrieval, and updating of the source files. The RCS utilities covered in Part III are ci, co, rcs, and rlog.

Arguments

The file-list is a list of filenames—typically working filenames. For each, rlog looks for the corresponding RCS file in the RCS subdirectory of the working file's directory and then in the working file's directory. See “Notes” following for more about RCS and working filenames.
