Interdepartmental dynamics have been defined by Kohli and Jaworski as, “the formal and informal interactions and relationship among organization’s departments.”57 They classified interdepartmental dynamics into two groups namely:

1. Interdepartmental conflict

2. Interdepartmental connectedness.
