Interdepartmental Dynamics
The other antecedent of market orientation is interdepartmental dynamics. Interdepartmental dynamics have been defined by Kohli and Jaworski as, “the formal and informal interactions and relationship among organization’s departments.”57 They classified interdepartmental dynamics into two groups namely:
1. Interdepartmental conflict
2. Interdepartmental connectedness.
Interdepartmental Conflict
