これまでのキャリアにおいて、私が携わってきた戦略策定の仕事の大部分は、Uberのサービスマイグレーション（ドキュメント16-1）のように、経営幹部ではない立場で行ったものでした。Calmへの参画は、私にとって初めての経営幹部としての役割でした。ここでは、戦略を提案するだけでなく、その遂行を徹底させることも可能でした。
