Generalized decision model

We have seen several decision models proposed by blockchain researchers. Although all of them can be used to evaluate the requirements of the use case, there is no universally agreed list of conditions to decide when to use conventional technology and when to use blockchain. Based on the decision models mentioned earlier and all the properties of blockchain discussed in the earlier section, Properties of blockchain, we have created a generalized decision model, as shown in Figure 11.10:
