Transaction management
Once the transactions are created, they should be included in the blockchain in order to update the global transaction state. Transactions that haven't yet been included in the blockchain are called unconfirmed transactions. Unconfirmed transactions are always locally stored in a pool called a transaction pool. This is the same as Bitcoin's mempool.
