IOTA

IOTA is an open source distributed ledger created to power the future of IoT with fee-less microtransactions. Since there will be billions of devices connected to the internet that need to exchange information efficiently, a scalable solution where millions of transactions need to be processed per second is required. IOTA proposes to provide a scalable solution to machine-to-machine communication in the IoT world with a modified transaction model.
