Before diving into the low-level details of transactions and their components, let's look at an example that illustrates a simple Bitcoin transaction from the user's point of view. Let's say Alice sends 0.1 bitcoin from her Bitcoin wallet to Bob's wallet. Since she already has more than 0.1 bitcoin in her wallet, a valid transaction will be created and propagated to the network.
