I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Working environment and programming tools
It is always a good idea to use one of the mature Python package managers, such as the Anaconda Distribution, to set up your working environment properly. As an additional benefit, you will get a lot of free scientific and machine learning packages that are ready to be installed with a single command. Furthermore, the Anaconda Distribution handles the management of all indirect dependencies and helps you keep all your packages up to date. Always create a new virtual Python environment for each of your experiments. After that, if something goes wrong with dependencies, you will be able to clean everything with one command ...
