Das vorliegende Buch stellt für Immobilienunternehmen, Immobilieninteressierte und Aus-
zubildende sowie Studierende im Bereich der Immobilienwirtschaft eine Einführung in die
Investition und Finanzierung von Immobilien dar.
Zunächst werden nach einer kurzen Gegenüberstellung von Investition und Finanzierung als
zwei Seiten einer Medaille, die Grundlagen der Investitionsrechnung und Finanzierung be-
trachtet, nämlich die Zins- und Zinseszinsrechnung sowie die Rentenrechung (Kapitel 1).
Danach werden die statischen sowie die dynamischen Methoden der Investitionsrechnung
