So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

5.2.3 Sicherheitenstellung bei der Bauträgerfinanzierung und
Abwicklung
Wenn der Bauträger - wie erwähnt - eine Bürgschaft nach § 8 MaBV stellt, können die Zah-
lungen des Erwerbers eigentlich auch direkt an den Bauträger erfolgen. Die Bürgschaft muss
jedoch so beschaffen sein, dass sämtliche Ansprüche des Erwerbers aus dem Bauträgerver-
trag davon erfasst werden.
Anmerkung:
Derartige Bürgschaften sehen regelmäßig vor, dass die bürgenden Banken einen Anspruch
des Erwerbers mit den vom Bauträger erbrachten Leistungen aufrechnen dürfen. Dann hat
die bürgende Bank im Fall eines nicht fertig gestellte ...
