Problem: Port's Transmitter/Receiver Are Shared Resources

Refer to Figure 25-4 on page 619. Software may set up multiple QPs (RC, UC, or UD) and/or multiple EECs (RD) that use the same CA port to send and receive message packets. This obviously creates a resource contention problem.
