So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
The SMI on a CA and Router
A separate SMI (i.e., QP0) and GSI (QP1) are implemented on each port of a CA or a router. This permits the CA or router to transmit and receive SMPs and GMPs through any port.
