Introduction
Now that we've covered the architecture of J2EE and have some understanding of the technology behind it, we can begin to examine how to implement a system using this technology. The case study is a time-tested method of teaching through examples, so that approach will be used in this chapter. The following sections detail examples of systems that will be used later in the book to provide a more detailed examination of J2EE technology.
