I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Für Aufgaben in unserem Kanban-System, die blockiert sind – aus welchem Grund auch immer –, hat sich eine Konvention entwickelt: Man erkennt diese blockierten Aufgaben daran, dass sie um rote Haftnotizen ergänzt wurden, auf denen der Grund der Blockade steht. In elektronischen Systemen mag es alternative Darstellungsformen geben, z.B. einen roten Rand um das Ticket. Am besten wäre es, wenn der Grund für die Blockade im elektronischen System separat verwaltet werden kann; ansonsten sollte man die blockierenden Probleme als reguläre Aufgaben verwalten und sie mit den Aufgaben verlinken, deren Kundennutzen sie blockieren.
